Supplier Onboarding Executive (Hybrid)

Support construction and related businesses as they join Causeway’s Tradex network. The role covers supplier registration, electronic invoicing, supplier support, and customer onboarding projects.

Description

  • Enroll new suppliers in the Tradex network through phone and email outreach
  • Invite suppliers for customers and guide them through registration
  • Help suppliers successfully send their first electronic invoice
  • Track onboarding activity and report progress using suitable tools
  • Keep the team informed about onboarding progress
  • Answer existing supplier questions about Tradex and continued use of Causeway services
  • Spot opportunities for additional services and refer them to the relevant team
  • Assist with customer onboarding projects and ongoing managed services
  • Provide professional project support in line with company procedures
  • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple concurrent projects
  • Develop constructive customer relationships and gather feedback to support improvement
  • Respond to queries warmly, accurately, and clearly
  • Support customer retention and referral activity

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong analytical ability and careful attention to detail
  • Comfort working in a results-focused environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage people at all levels and handle objections effectively
  • A clear commitment to customer service and success
  • Understanding of supply chain operations, ideally including e-procurement, electronic invoicing, and source-to-pay processes
  • Ability to explain and sell the value of services to customers and suppliers
  • Previous knowledge or experience of supply chain processes is desirable
  • Experience delivering projects within a cross-functional team is desirable
  • Call centre experience and a record of meeting daily volume or output targets are desirable
  • A minimum of A-level qualifications or equivalent is preferred
