Description

  • Advise complex enterprise customers as a Salesforce product and platform authority
  • Lead strategic internal initiatives that expand the consulting practice
  • Build the consulting community’s shared knowledge and expertise
  • Help customers and colleagues evaluate and adopt emerging technologies that create business value
  • Explain complex concepts and provide clear, prescriptive recommendations
  • Identify risk early and drive mitigation through resolution
  • Set expectations and negotiate outcomes with customers and third-party partners
  • Evaluate and correct project or program direction, methods, and key deliverables
  • Maintain delivery momentum while keeping solutions extensible and maintainable
  • Architect technology solutions with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients
  • Shape program vision and advise on strategies involving enabling technologies such as the Salesforce Platform
  • Coach and develop team members

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience
  • At least 4 years leading Salesforce Core projects
  • Strong capabilities in application, data, integration, and security architecture
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people across diverse roles
  • Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration
  • Resourceful, innovative approach to problem-solving
  • Extensive knowledge of integration concepts, designs, and patterns
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field preferred; equivalent demonstrable experience may substitute
  • Ability to explain and advocate for best practices with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
  • Background in application design and development
  • Enterprise Architecture experience preferred
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications
  • Consumer Goods Cloud, Consumer Goods Retail Execution or Trade Promotion Management, and consumer goods industry experience is a plus
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Agentforce for Developers
  • Experience leading a technical team or workstream
  • Ability to build and sustain relationships with C-suite executives, senior technology leaders, and key decision-makers
  • Experience defining and delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform is strongly preferred
