Description

  • Help account executives sustain client relationships and provide day-to-day support.
  • Coordinate communication between client companies, account executives, and operations teams.
  • Prepare recurring reports as directed by the manager.
  • Maintain an organized filing system.
  • Attend business and trade events relevant to the unit.
  • Promote company-approved programs and services within the assigned territory.
  • Notify vendors, brokers, and customers of credit decisions.
  • Prepare transaction documents with appropriate structures and pricing.
  • Follow up on credit questions, invoices, and outstanding documents with vendors and customers.
  • Confirm all credit conditions have been met.
  • Collect outstanding items required to close transactions.

Requirements
