Description

  • Direct performance marketing strategy and execution for major client accounts
  • Perform detailed quality assurance to prevent errors that could affect client revenue
  • Monitor budget pacing and recommend appropriate budget adjustments
  • Develop proactive strategic recommendations across assigned advertising channels
  • Interpret campaign data and client-specific sources of truth to produce actionable insights
  • Maintain client testing roadmaps and manage experimentation projects
  • Use advanced expertise in attribution, incrementality, contribution analysis, measurement frameworks, MMTs/LRAs, and channel best practices
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Lead strategic discussions on media buying, performance opportunities, and optimization plans
  • Identify and escalate performance risks at an early stage
  • Act as a strategic leader across department and account teams
  • Prepare paid advertising product appraisals for prospective business when required
  • Coach junior team members and contribute to team ceremonies
  • Implement Power Circuit recommendations and incorporate Nova ecosystem tools and methodologies
  • Use AI technologies to enhance workflows, deliverables, and business efficiency

Requirements

  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency
  • Four to five years of digital marketing experience
  • At least three years of experience in an agency environment
  • Three to four years of hands-on experience using at least two paid advertising channels
  • Experience with Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other paid advertising networks
  • Experience in bid optimization, keyword research, ad copywriting, campaign strategy, and campaign optimization
  • Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office suites
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics
  • Expert understanding of funnel marketing and the role of paid media within the marketing funnel
  • Ability to derive meaningful insights from marketing data
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Confidence presenting to and communicating with clients
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to learn quickly and independently
  • Interest in building a long-term relationship with a growing company
  • Highly dependable, self-directed, energetic, positive, organized, and effective at time management
