Description
- Assess AI-generated responses for technical accuracy, language quality, and usefulness
- Review AI-generated customer service responses and technical material
- Rate responses for clarity, helpfulness, natural phrasing, and overall quality
- Use coding knowledge to judge technical correctness
- Inspect, validate, and troubleshoot JSON structure and formatting
- Verify output formatting and compliance with project guidelines
- Explain evaluation decisions with clear, reasoned feedback
- Record a natural, spontaneous voice response of up to one minute
Requirements
- Fluency in at least one supported language variety: Dutch (Netherlands), Welsh (United Kingdom), French (Canada), German (Germany), Italian (Italy), Portuguese (Brazil), or Greek (Greece)
- A sound grasp of JSON syntax, structure, validation, and troubleshooting
- Coding knowledge to assess technical material and spot errors
- Good judgment when reviewing customer service responses
- Strong attention to detail and written communication skills
- Consistent adherence to detailed evaluation guidelines
- Experience in AI evaluation, quality assurance, or technical support is a plus
- Experience with APIs and structured data is a plus
- A background in customer service, software development, or technical writing is a plus
