Description

  • Build and scale ingestion, catalog, and derived-data pipelines across core domains that support InfraSpec
  • Drive the migration from legacy and single-owner scripts to a durable data platform
  • Design the greenfield graph database foundation for RouteFinder
  • Establish data contracts, consistency checks, and quality gates for the Winston automated intake workflow
  • Maintain observability and automated testing across data flows to keep pipeline rework below 20%
  • Govern schemas and data contracts that support downstream confidence scoring and matching algorithms
  • Act as the senior US-based Data Foundation contributor while collaborating with colleagues in Poland and the VP of Technology
  • Work with North America Data Science and ML, Intelligence Engine, and Trust teams to enable downstream capabilities

Requirements

  • Bring 10 or more years of dedicated data engineering experience, including senior individual-contributor work on complex data platform architectures
  • Demonstrate advanced SQL and PostgreSQL proficiency
  • Write production-quality Python at an expert level
  • Have deep experience with modern data warehouse patterns such as dbt or an equivalent tool
  • Design large-scale ELT and ETL pipelines with strong data contracts, schema governance, and data modeling practices
  • Use AWS-native services for storage, orchestration, compute, and data processing
  • Be based in the United States as a full-time employee
  • Be available during US business hours
  • Communicate fluently in written and spoken English across a global team
  • Have hands-on graph database experience, such as Neo4j or AWS Neptune; network topology, geospatial routing, or graph search experience is a plus
  • Have experience with real-time or event-driven ingestion systems such as Kafka, Kinesis, or Flink; this is a bonus qualification
  • Have implemented enterprise data observability or data-quality frameworks such as Great Expectations, Monte Carlo, or Soda; this is a bonus qualification
  • Have built feature pipelines for machine-learning matching models; this is a bonus qualification
  • Be familiar with telecommunications, datacenter, or digital infrastructure data; this is a bonus qualification
