Description

  • Help design and deliver digital products, including web applications, cloud-native services, and backend integrations
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and recommend improvements that reduce complexity and enhance the user experience
  • Guide projects from concept through delivery with the team while maintaining quality and efficiency
  • Take part in agile ceremonies and technical discussions that support product evolution
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and champion innovative solutions
  • Use AI-assisted development tools rigorously and responsibly
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployments, observability, and secrets management
  • Work with UX/UI specialists to create innovative, high-quality user experiences
  • Communicate directly with clients, present technical solutions, and help teams adopt best practices

Requirements

  • Professional communication skills in both English and French
  • Strong front-end experience with TypeScript, React, or Angular
  • Backend development experience with Elixir, .NET, or Python
  • Experience working with REST or GraphQL web services
  • Good understanding of modern deployment tools and DevOps principles
  • Understanding of AI fundamentals and responsible AI use
  • Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code
  • Demonstrated autonomy and initiative in previous projects
  • Deep command of software development and architecture fundamentals
  • Significant experience in software development and architecture
