Description

  • Maintain regional inventory accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and ensure issues are resolved.
  • Enforce SOP adherence across warehouse, receiving, and branch operations.
  • Oversee cycle counts, returns, receiving practices, and operational accuracy.
  • Plan, conduct, evaluate, and follow up on branch audits and corrective action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with D365 processes and resolve operational workflow issues.
  • Improve warehouse flow, safety performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead branch readiness and field execution for corporate and regional initiatives.
  • Manage and communicate the regional operational scorecard.
  • Complete scheduled branch visits and track operational and system follow-up items.
  • Review inventory, returns, cycle count, and receiving performance scorecards.
  • Perform operational audits, SOP refreshers, employee up-training, readiness checks, and regional health assessments.
  • Collaborate with District Managers and Branch Managers to strengthen operational excellence and branch efficiency.
  • Report to the Regional Director.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in branch operations, including warehousing, receiving, inventory, and audits.
  • A proven record of maintaining SOP compliance and operational consistency.
  • Previous leadership experience in operations-focused environments is preferred.
  • Experience with D365 or a comparable ERP platform is advantageous.
  • Experience with Mincron and D365.
  • A highly disciplined approach with strong respect for established processes.
  • Sound situational judgment and strong pattern-recognition skills.
  • Confidence holding colleagues accountable for operational standards.
  • Strong teaching and instructional abilities.
