Support client onboarding, investment administration and advice implementation at Findex. This senior role is based in Brisbane with hybrid working.
Description
- Support onboarding for new client accounts
- Prepare and implement advice documents
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client information
- Review asset transfers
- Process investment purchases and sales
- Manage withdrawals and contributions
- Liaise directly with financial institutions
- Collaborate with Advisers, Partners, Client Services and Corporate teams
- Complete work on time and to the required standard
Requirements
- Experience in client services within financial planning
- Experience using investment platforms
