Description

Provide advanced engineering and planning services for structural and building design
Develop structures and structural components from concept through technical implementation
Produce structural calculations, technical concepts, and documentation suitable for approvals
Lead projects independently while taking overall responsibility for delivery
Support feasibility assessments and research and development initiatives
Prepare proposals, cost calculations, and documentation for project changes
Participate in project reviews and meetings with clients
Represent CARBOCON in professional and client-facing settings

Requirements

University degree in civil engineering or an equivalent qualification
At least five years of professional experience in structural engineering
Demonstrated experience leading projects
High accountability, initiative, and confidence when making decisions
Excellent organizational ability and effective prioritization skills
Structured, practical, and solution-focused working style
Strong communication abilities
Entrepreneurial attitude with an interest in improving processes
Commitment to sustainable construction and innovative approaches to existing structures
