Description
- Lead functional analysis for CRM transformation projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Analyze functional requirements.
- Run workshops with business and technology teams.
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Define business processes and functional models.
- Support functional solution design.
- Take part in functional testing and UAT.
- Manage the functional backlog.
- Coordinate functional and technical teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- At least 3 years working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
- Experience defining functional requirements.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience producing functional documentation.
- Experience with UAT and test management.
- Dynamics 365 Sales experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Power Platform is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
- Experience in complex corporate environments is an advantage.
