Revenue Integrity Analyst II - Oklahoma City Hybrid

Revenue Integrity Analyst II responsible for improving billing accuracy, charge capture, compliance, and reimbursement at INTEGRIS Health in Oklahoma City. The role analyzes revenue risks, audits, denials, and service-line performance to support stronger financial outcomes.

Description

  • Maintain accurate revenue capture, payer compliance, and reimbursement performance across the health system
  • Investigate significant billing edits, recurring revenue variances, and coding or documentation risks
  • Analyze trends, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions
  • Lead comprehensive charge capture reviews and improve documentation, charging practices, and revenue accuracy
  • Create, analyze, and present dashboards and reports covering denial trends, charge lag, missed charges, net revenue, and related metrics
  • Evaluate the cost and potential return of revenue improvement proposals, workflow changes, and operational strategies
  • Support payer and internal audits by preparing documentation, contributing to responses, and assisting with corrective action plans
  • Work with Compliance and CDM teams to monitor risks, apply billing corrections, and advance enterprise initiatives
  • Act as the assigned analyst for high-volume or complex clinical service lines
  • Lead quarterly reviews with operational leaders, presenting findings, trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Partner with clinical, operational, and compliance stakeholders to improve documentation and charge capture, reduce denials, and increase net revenue realization

Requirements

  • Five years of progressive experience in revenue cycle, billing compliance, healthcare reimbursement, or financial analysis plus one listed certification, or eight years of progressive experience in revenue cycle, billing compliance, healthcare reimbursement, or healthcare financial analysis in place of education and certification
  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or a related field may substitute for experience and certifications
  • AHIMA-CCS, AAPC-CPC, CMC, AHIMA-RHIT, or AHIMA-RHIA certification may substitute for a bachelor’s degree
  • Strong understanding of hospital and physician billing, coding, and reimbursement methods
  • Experience with revenue cycle systems, Excel, and data visualization or reporting tools; Epic experience is preferred
  • Ability to analyze large datasets, recognize trends, and communicate findings clearly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex revenue matters to clinical and operational leaders
  • Demonstrated success leading initiatives that improve charge capture, reduce denials, and reinforce compliance
  • Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate across Finance, Compliance, CDM, Clinical, and Operational leadership teams
  • Strong presentation and facilitation abilities
  • Ability to manage competing priorities independently in a fast-paced setting
  • Willingness to travel occasionally between system facilities
  • Ability to sit, stand, operate standard office equipment, communicate verbally, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity
