Remote Site Contract Manager – APAC | Precision Medicine Group

Lead clinical trial agreement, vendor contract, and site budget negotiations for Precision Medicine Group’s life sciences CRO operations. Manage APAC site contracting strategy and execution in collaboration with study teams and sponsors.

Description

  • Review, draft, negotiate, and track confidentiality, clinical study, and amendment agreements across multiple locations
  • Establish contracting strategies for assigned projects
  • Oversee site contracting from strategy development through contract execution
  • Collaborate closely with Clinical Operations study teams
  • Keep deliverables aligned with established study timelines
  • Represent the client throughout the site contracting process
  • Lead engagement with study teams and sponsors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage sensitive matters with discretion
  • Deliver time-critical work accurately and with close attention to detail

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating clinical trial agreements and vendor contracts
  • Experience managing and tracking contract processes across the APAC region
  • Strong background in site budget negotiations
  • Professional experience in a CRO, life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical environment
  • Experience working with global institutions, particularly across APAC
  • Excellent organization, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Graduate, postgraduate, or four-year college degree
  • Equivalent experience preferably in a legal, scientific, or healthcare discipline
  • At least five years of experience with site clinical trial agreements, vendor contracts, and site budget negotiations
  • Experience leading discussions with study teams and sponsors
  • Ability to create contracting plans and negotiation guides for clinical trial agreements and budgets
  • Ability to manage relationships with study teams, sites, and sponsors
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment
  • Willingness to take occasional domestic and international overnight trips
