Remote HCM & Reporting Analyst – Dayforce Contract

Support Dexterra Group’s Dayforce implementation through HCM reporting, SQL analysis, data migration, and Power BI dashboards. This is an 8-month remote contract.

Description

  • Create and maintain Dayforce reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics solutions
  • Write SQL queries to analyze, validate, and troubleshoot HR and payroll data
  • Assist with employee data migration, reconciliation, and Dayforce reporting readiness
  • Work with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to deliver actionable workforce insights
  • Contribute to testing, go-live execution, and post-implementation stabilization
  • Build Power BI dashboards and establish reporting standards for business decisions
  • Convert reporting needs into reliable technical solutions
  • Verify data accuracy and resolve implementation-related data issues

Requirements

  • Advanced experience developing custom Dayforce reports
  • Advanced SQL proficiency and experience analyzing large datasets
  • Background working with HR, payroll, workforce management, or HCM data
  • Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel
  • Experience supporting HR technology, payroll, or HCM implementations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication abilities
