Remote Client Relations Account Representative

Manage renewals and client relationships for Pearl Insurance coverage across the United States. Handle inquiries, underwriting coordination, quotes, sales, and CRM records in a remote role.

Description

  • Promote and renew assigned Pearl Insurance coverage for existing clients through phone, email, mail, and fax.
  • Respond to policyholder and insurance broker inquiries about current coverage and upcoming renewals.
  • Sell ancillary insurance products to clients.
  • Coordinate applications and underwriting activities with clients and internal underwriters.
  • Distribute applications, complete required forms, prepare submission details, and follow up for missing information.
  • Present quotes or estimates, close sales, and collect market intelligence when renewals are not completed.
  • Record sales activity in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships after the first year of coverage.
  • Provide backup support for other Client Relations Account Representatives.

Requirements

  • Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior sales or customer service experience, preferably in insurance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people at all organizational levels.
