Principal Salesforce Architect in India (Hybrid)
Lead enterprise Salesforce transformation programs and help expand TELUS Digital’s Salesforce practice across India.
Description
- Lead architecture and solution design for complex Salesforce transformation programs serving enterprise clients
- Assess business challenges through discovery and stakeholder engagement, then translate findings into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Present solution alternatives, trade-offs, architecture recommendations, and transformation roadmaps to support client decisions
- Provide technical leadership across Salesforce architecture, integrations, security, governance, scalability, and enterprise design
- Serve as a hands-on architect across architecture definition, governance, design reviews, and delivery oversight
- Own solution architecture spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Industries, OmniStudio, platform customization, and integrations
- Help grow TELUS Digital’s Salesforce practice in India through standards, reusable assets, governance frameworks, and delivery practices
- Coach and develop architects, developers, and consultants through mentoring, training, and capability-building initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership, sales, and delivery teams on presales support, proposals, solution design, staffing strategy, and strategic growth
- Improve delivery quality, technical standards, innovation, and team readiness through continuous improvement
- Spend approximately half of the role supporting active project delivery as the lead architect
Requirements
- Bring 10 or more years of experience in Salesforce, CRM, enterprise applications, or digital transformation programs
- Have proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, Principal Architect, or Senior Solution Architect in a consulting or services-focused environment
- Demonstrate strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, enterprise solution design, integrations, platform governance, security, and large-scale implementations
- Have hands-on OmniStudio experience with OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures
- Possess strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom platform development
- Show the ability to lead complex transformation initiatives while staying involved in architecture and execution
- Have experience building teams, mentoring talent, and supporting practice growth in an offshore delivery model
- Bring strong client-facing consulting skills, including senior-stakeholder engagement and strategic discussions
- Understand delivery models, effort estimation, presales support, and solution shaping
- Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management abilities
- Industry experience in Communications, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Insurance, Banking and Financial Services, Retail, or High Tech is highly preferred
- Desired certifications include Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer or Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, or an Industry Cloud Accredited Certification
