Process Veolia Australia and New Zealand’s weekly and monthly payrolls in a hybrid role based at the Southbank head office. Maintain employee records, support compliance, and troubleshoot payroll system issues.
Description
- Maintain the employee Masterfile, updating records for new hires, terminations, transfers, and pay changes
- Coordinate and process weekly and monthly payroll cycles
- Keep payroll documentation accurate and aligned with established procedures
- Support the payroll team while maintaining high data accuracy
- Monitor developments in payroll regulations
- Calculate and process employee termination payments accurately
Requirements
- Experience with payroll systems; SAP SuccessFactors and ECP are preferred, with Kronos knowledge advantageous
- Five years of end-to-end payroll processing experience
- Working knowledge of payroll legislation and related requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proven ability to meet strict processing schedules and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for resolving payroll and system issues
