Description

  • Create generative AI solutions with LLM agents and RAG pipelines using AWS Bedrock Agents or Databricks Genie
  • Engineer and refine prompts to improve agent accuracy, reliability, and cost efficiency
  • Design data models and develop ingestion pipelines across AWS and Databricks environments
  • Maintain scalable data models on AWS and Databricks
  • Produce clean, documented Python code and support AI component testing and quality assurance
  • Assess and monitor AI solutions for accuracy, performance, and reliability
  • Create dashboards and visualizations that communicate insights to business users
  • Work with senior engineers, consultants, and client teams across the project lifecycle
  • Track developments in AI and contribute new ideas to the team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, data science, mathematics, physics, or a related discipline
  • One to three years of experience in AI or data engineering
  • Practical experience using AWS Bedrock Agents or Databricks Genie to build agentic AI solutions
  • Experience designing, refining, and evaluating prompts for LLM applications
  • Demonstrated ability to model data and build ingestion pipelines with AWS services such as Glue, Lambda, or S3, and/or Databricks
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Working knowledge of machine learning principles and large language models
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, including AWS or Databricks, and modern data tooling
  • Strong written and spoken English; Italian is required
  • Additional experience with LangChain or LangGraph, AWS or Databricks certifications, a GitHub portfolio, Microsoft Fabric, or Azure is beneficial
