Junior Business Analyst, Fleet Operations — Delivery Hero, Spain Remote

Manage third-party logistics partnerships for Glovo’s Spanish delivery marketplace. Use fleet data, commercial negotiations, and operational insights to improve efficiency, profitability, contracts, and service levels.

Description

  • Manage strategic relationships with 5–8 third-party logistics providers
  • Serve as the primary business partner for 3PL owners and lead regular performance reviews
  • Analyze fleet KPIs to increase order volumes, address operational bottlenecks, and strengthen partner profitability
  • Introduce and promote Glovo technologies, features, and processes to logistics partners
  • Oversee contracts and service-level agreements, including execution and commercial renegotiations
  • Collaborate with Billing, Pricing, Legal, and Operations to resolve complex business issues
  • Work with Strategy & Data to develop local initiatives and experiments informed by marketplace insights

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in account management, operations, or consulting, preferably within delivery, e-commerce, or logistics
  • Strong commercial and negotiation abilities, with the judgment to build trust and manage challenging discussions with business owners
  • Data-oriented approach with experience monitoring KPIs to improve business margins and growth
  • Proactive, accountable working style and comfort operating through organizational change and uncertainty
  • Working knowledge of digital tools and dashboard platforms such as Google Sheets and Looker
  • Native or fluent Spanish proficiency
  • Professional working proficiency in English
