IT Support Engineer – Fraud Management Systems (Remote, Ukraine)
Support and administer Kyivstar’s Fraud Management systems remotely from Ukraine. The role covers monitoring, automation, incident resolution, integrations, reporting, and system improvements.
Description
- Provide technical support for the Fraud Management system
- Administer the systems by resolving errors and incidents, restoring service, managing users, and processing user requests
- Manage core Fraud Management functionality, including system configuration, access and role management, and integrations with other systems
- Create operational reports within the systems
- Develop macros to automate system processes
- Configure monitoring metrics and oversee system backup execution
- Install and test new Fraud Management patches and updates
- Coordinate with system developers and monitor completion of their assigned tasks
- Participate in system development projects
- Write and maintain system documentation
Requirements
- At least three years of experience administering IT systems
- Deep understanding of client-server application architecture
- Advanced Linux skills, including Bash scripting
- Experience working with Oracle databases and writing scripts
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2)
