Financial Solutions Advisor - Albuquerque, NM (Onsite)

Train toward securities licensing while developing client relationships and advising customers in the Albuquerque and Santa Fe areas. Help Bank of America and Merrill clients identify banking and investment solutions aligned with their financial goals.

Description

  • Earn SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses through structured training and dedicated study time
  • Apply a consultative approach to understand client needs and identify appropriate solutions
  • Develop and manage lasting client relationships
  • Deliver comprehensive advice through client reviews and presentations
  • Recommend strategies that support clients’ financial goals and life priorities
  • Partner with banking and investment teams to serve clients effectively
  • Connect clients with Bank of America and Merrill banking and investment solutions
  • Serve banking customers, small business owners, and higher-net-worth clients
  • Expand a client network with the goal of developing a business
  • Train at a financial center and potentially begin in a phone-based role while a suitable financial center location is determined
  • Advance toward Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II after demonstrating success as a licensed advisor

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, secondary school credential, or equivalent
  • Ability and aptitude to earn the required industry licenses
  • Earn the SIE within 30 days of hire
  • Earn Series 7 and Series 66 within 120 days; Series 63 and Series 65 may substitute for Series 66
  • Strong self-discipline for managing time and workload
  • Experience developing client relationships, evaluating needs, and recommending solutions
  • Track record of building effective peer relationships through communication and collaboration
  • Results-oriented approach with a focus on client interests in a complex, fast-paced setting
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and applications
  • Willingness to meet SAFE Act registration, background check, and other registration requirements
  • Availability Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services or sales experience preferred
  • Spanish-language proficiency preferred
