Financial Consultant – Structured Credit and Corporate Relationship Management

Independent financial consultant responsible for originating structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions for industrial companies. Connects businesses with funding sources and manages corporate financing transactions.

Description

  • Originate, qualify, and manage corporate transactions involving structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions with borrowers and senior decision-makers
  • Assess working-capital and corporate-debt financing needs for companies generating more than BRL 15 million in annual revenue
  • Analyze project details and financing requirements
  • Sustain ongoing origination activity against a benchmark of two structured contracts per week
  • Coordinate with credit desks and investment committees to validate proposals
  • Support mid-sized and large companies, with a particular focus on industrial businesses

Requirements

  • Maintain an active portfolio and direct, verifiable relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, finance directors, and shareholders at mid-sized and large companies exceeding BRL 15 million in annual revenue
  • Demonstrate practical knowledge of credit structures, FIDCs, asset managers, private funds, and institutional or federal funding programs such as BNDES
  • Understand financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering
  • Ability to evaluate complex projects and working-capital or corporate-debt financing needs
  • Bring initiative, commercial judgment, results focus, operational discipline, and strong negotiation and closing capabilities
  • Offer highly senior commercial experience with Middle Market and Large Corporate clients, including an active portfolio and established industrial-sector relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
