Executive Search Analyst - Berlin Hybrid

Support executive search through research, candidate pipeline development, and client reporting at True, a global talent management platform. Complete initial training in London before joining the Berlin team.

Description

  • Learn the key stages and effective practices of executive search
  • Build the technical and interpersonal skills needed to execute searches successfully
  • Develop knowledge of high-growth companies and their business leaders
  • Observe associates and contribute to the development of search strategies
  • Complete detailed research and maintain databases that support client deliverables
  • Find, coordinate, and present qualified candidates to the search team
  • Build industry or functional expertise by following relevant news and market trends
  • Complete intensive classroom training in London during weeks 1–3
  • Join the Berlin team from week 4 onward
  • Define candidate profiles and create target-company lists
  • Lead candidate outreach and build qualified talent pipelines
  • Manage candidate progress and keep Thrive CRM data accurate
  • Join weekly search-team and client update calls and communicate progress
  • Observe the search team during calls and meetings

Requirements

  • Graduate
  • Recent graduate or completing your studies within the next 12 months
  • Demonstrated long-term interest in executive search
  • Academic achievement, leadership experience, or sustained community involvement
  • Self-directed and capable of working independently
  • Strong work ethic and practical, flexible problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage several projects
  • Effective communicator who can build trust with others
  • Generous, team-focused, and committed to supporting colleagues
