Description

  • Manage relationships with clients.
  • Support software engineering consultants working across varied projects.
  • Arrange and lead one-to-one meetings with consultants, Delivery Managers, and client project managers.
  • Develop and maintain engagement plans covering onboarding, offboarding, and renewals.
  • Record detailed notes to support clear, consistent communication.
  • Forecast resourcing requirements and coordinate team allocations.
  • Spot risks and issues, then escalate them as needed.
  • Keep the RAID log current.
  • Meet contractual commitments while promoting professional conduct and strong performance.
  • Give consultants and clients feedback, coaching, and guidance.
  • Serve as a dependable contact for stakeholders.
  • Build lasting relationships with stakeholders, including former colleagues.

Requirements

  • Show drive, adaptability, and sound judgment in fast-changing situations.
  • Motivate people to perform well while reinforcing positive conduct.
  • Give constructive feedback and manage difficult conversations effectively.
