Description

  • Lead strategy, development, implementation, administration, and maintenance for a broad portfolio of application systems and solutions.
  • Create near- and long-term technology plans that advance business goals, profitability, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Work with teams across Accounting and Finance, Compensation, HR, Legal, Payroll, Procurement, Recruiting, and Training and Development.
  • Set the technology strategy and oversee delivery for the end-to-end engagement program.
  • Oversee digital communications via SMS, email, and push notifications, as well as associate engagement through phone, webchat, and SMS.
  • Apply AI, CRM/SF, SFMC, and related technologies.
  • Work with technology and operations teams to deliver effective retail experiences.
  • Lead the discovery and delivery of technology products.
  • Apply interaction design and define product personas.
  • Assess potential solutions with engineers to confirm their technical feasibility.
  • Own experience outcomes and create a learning agenda with the Product Manager.
  • Manage expectations with stakeholders and partners.
  • Guide technology discovery and explain possible approaches and capabilities.
  • Create technology artifacts to express, inform, and validate ideas with consumers and stakeholders.
  • Set the team’s overall technical direction.
  • Oversee technical discovery.
  • Maintain product architecture with support from the Solution Architect.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in information technology.
  • At least 7 years of experience developing and implementing application systems.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing direct reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technology projects and teams.
  • Strong understanding of interaction design and product personas.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver experience outcomes.
  • Experience creating and implementing technology strategies.
  • Experience with emerging technology, commercial solutions, and custom development.
  • Knowledge of modern design principles and improved navigation techniques.
  • Must currently be authorized to work full-time in the United States.
