Clinical Research Specialist, Neurovascular Studies

Oversee clinical sites, study documentation, and data quality for Medtronic neurovascular device studies. Coordinate compliant study delivery with investigators, vendors, monitors, and internal teams.

Description

  • Guide clinical study sites from activation to closeout, providing initiation, training, issue resolution, and ongoing support.
  • Review, approve, and maintain regulatory and study startup records.
  • Coordinate investigators and site staff to support protocol compliance, reliable data, and study goals.
  • Maintain study files, essential records, training materials, and other documentation.
  • Assess clinical data, resolve discrepancies, track outstanding queries, and coordinate study actions with monitors.
  • Help develop and carry out clinical management plans, protocols, case report forms, and related study materials.
  • Track study progress and report on investigation activities, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Work with sites, vendors, and internal teams to support effective study delivery.

Requirements

  • Clinical research, clinical operations, or related study support experience: 6+ years with a high school diploma or equivalent; 4+ years with an associate degree; 2+ years with a bachelor's degree; or an advanced degree.
  • Experience supporting clinical studies and managing clinical sites.
  • Experience working in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
  • Experience reviewing clinical data, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining study records.
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is unavailable for roles below Principal level.
  • For bachelor's degrees earned outside the United States, the degree must meet the standard in 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
