AI Content Specialist (Remote, Mexico)
Use LLMs, AI agents, and automation to transform customer materials into polished, structured content for Spekit’s revenue enablement platform. Support implementations through content migration, editorial quality assurance, design refinement, and reusable frameworks.
Description
- Build customer content with AI agents and LLM workflows, including website scraping, playbook imports, topic structures, landing pages, and Spek libraries
- Convert customer documents into structured, platform-native content using Spekit’s AI Content Assistant
- Audit customer content libraries with AI assistance and develop migration plans
- Complete manual imports from Google Drive, SharePoint, and comparable sources
- Review, revise, rewrite, and quality-check AI-generated content
- Improve hierarchy, formatting, logical flow, and visual consistency across content
- Refine AI-generated visual assets to meet quality standards
- Create reusable templates and content frameworks
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Solutions Engineers during customer implementations
- Engage directly with customers as needed to clarify requirements and review deliverables
- Help maintain internal content standards, OOB templates, and shared asset libraries
Requirements
- Write and communicate confidently in English
- Communicate effectively with customers during Zoom calls
- Recognize and resolve issues with formatting, hierarchy, layout, and visual presentation
- Use AI tools and LLMs comfortably in daily work
- Stay organized and self-directed while managing multiple customer projects
- Learn new tools, platforms, and workflows quickly
- Familiarity with sales enablement, customer success, or SaaS environments is helpful
- Experience with prompt engineering or LLM-based workflows is helpful
- Background in content design, instructional design, UX writing, or editorial work is helpful
- Exposure to Notion, Google Drive, SharePoint, or similar content ecosystems is helpful
- Basic familiarity with automation concepts is helpful
