Provide advanced support for GIS applications, databases, and enterprise systems in a senior-level role. Coordinate technical work and documentation for government and business clients.

- Deliver advanced technical support for GIS applications, databases, and related systems
- Diagnose and resolve software, configuration, access, data, and user issues
- Advise users and project team members on technical matters
- Coordinate technical activities to help complete project requirements on schedule
- Support software upgrades, system changes, and application implementations
- Create user guides, troubleshooting procedures, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with system administrators, developers, analysts, and client stakeholders to resolve issues
- Guide and mentor other support personnel when needed
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, GIS, information systems, or a related discipline
- Substantial experience delivering technical or application support
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Experience supporting GIS or other enterprise applications
- Strong communication and customer service capabilities
- Ability to satisfy applicable client access requirements
- Advanced experience with Esri ArcGIS applications is preferred
- Experience supporting GIS databases or enterprise GIS environments is preferred
- Prior experience as a technical lead or subject matter expert is preferred
- Experience creating technical documentation and user procedures is preferred
- Experience supporting government or large enterprise customers is preferred
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to type and read from a computer screen
- Mobility sufficient for bending, reaching, and kneeling
- Ability to walk moderate to long distances when required
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
