Remote Inside Sales Account Representative at HD Supply
Grow USABlueBook’s water and wastewater accounts through customer support, outbound sales, pricing, and order coordination. Work remotely while managing customer relationships and pursuing sales quotas.

- Expand existing accounts and identify opportunities for new sales and upselling.
- Build relationships with customer decision-makers and other influencers.
- Manage a customer portfolio and understand each customer’s business needs.
- Reach customers by phone and email.
- Find prospects through outbound calls and emails.
- Coordinate sales projects, track open orders, resolve issues, and support customers.
- Meet sales quotas to drive profitable growth.
- Quote product prices using pricing matrices and other resources.
- Set product code directives while meeting target margins.
- Prepare estimates, take-offs, and proposals as needed.
- Handle customer order and quote requests received through sales representatives, phone, email, written correspondence, and fax.
- Escalate complex or unusual issues to a supervisor.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Live within 50 miles of Atlanta, Georgia; New Braunfels, Texas; or Waukegan, Illinois.
- Typically, 2–5 years of experience in the relevant area.
- A high school diploma or GED is strongly preferred.
- Specialized skills training or certification may be required.
- B2B experience and CRM knowledge are a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Pass a background check and drug test.
- Work a Monday–Friday shift starting at 6:00 or 6:30 a.m. Central Time.
- Occasional overnight travel, typically under 10%.
