- Five to seven years of dwelling estimating experience is preferred.
- Experience handling homeowner property losses of $50,000 or more.
- Strong claims and business judgment, including litigation experience.
- Advanced ability to interpret homeowners policies and analyze coverage.
- Proficiency with Xactimate; Level 3 certification is encouraged.
- Able to work with vendors to determine damage and reconcile estimates.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting using claims systems and telephony platforms.
