Private Label Brand Designer
Develop visual identities, packaging, and product collections for Grupo CVLB’s private-label brands. Lead branding work and coordinate suppliers and product inspections.

- Create and evolve visual identities for private-label brands through branding, rebranding, and positioning projects.
- Develop packaging, patterns, mockups, and graphic adaptations that follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
- Research market trends, consumer behavior, innovations, and design references to identify product development opportunities.
- Create and assess product collections, including visual concepts and names for products and collections.
- Work with suppliers to agree on packaging specifications and solutions, oversee development, and make needed adjustments.
- Review and approve product inspections against established specifications and quality standards.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Packaging Design, Advertising, or a related field.
- Substantial experience in graphic design, packaging development, and visual identity, ideally in retail, manufacturing, or an agency, with a focus on private-label brands.
- Experience developing visual identities, managing brand portfolios, and applying branding guidelines.
- Technical knowledge of packaging materials, graphic production processes, prepress, and finishing.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Knowledge of creating and maintaining brand guidelines and visual identity systems.
- Experience negotiating with graphic and packaging suppliers is an advantage.
