- Shape analytics that guide the strategy, performance, and ongoing evolution of AI-enabled member interactions
- Convert complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations
- Uncover opportunities to improve member experiences and operational results
- Help set priorities that expand the enterprise value of conversational AI
- Work with business and technology teams to advance innovation and deliver measurable member impact
- Evaluate complex business challenges using internal and external data
- Detect and interpret meaningful trends and patterns in datasets
- Define reporting and analysis specifications around business needs and available data
- Advise users and lead cross-functional teams in resolving business challenges
- Develop early-stage solutions for presenting information effectively
- Elicit detailed business requirements and clarify problems and data needs with customers
- Lead the delivery of business intelligence solutions spanning data collection, transformation, and visualization
- Coordinate with IT execution teams on analytics infrastructure, data engineering, and related intelligence initiatives
- Contribute to technical standards and data governance practices
- Use data visualization best practices aligned with Enterprise branding
- Refine prototypes, usability, end-user experiences, dashboards, reports, insights, and analyses
- Guide stakeholders and end users in using visualization to create business value
- Shape decisions involving data, information, and application architecture
- May promote Agile practices, delivery methods, and team learning
- Provide internal leadership on business intelligence tools, methods, and processes
- Engage with industry, center of excellence, and discipline groups to monitor trends and exchange best practices
- Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks in line with risk and compliance policies
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, operations research, data or business analysis, data science, or another business or quantitative discipline; alternatively, 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
- Six years of data and analytics experience; or at least 4 years of data and analytics experience plus up to 2 years of progressive, functionally relevant business experience; or an advanced degree in quantitative analytics with 4 years of experience
- Proven ability to devise innovative solutions for moderately complex business challenges
- Advanced experience producing business deliverables with business intelligence or data management platforms and SQL-based languages, such as Tableau, Business Objects, Snowflake, Hadoop, Netezza, NoSQL, ANSI SQL, or comparable technologies
- Expert ability to build business acumen through productive partnerships with individual contributors, leaders, and executive management
- Expert communication skills, including presenting effectively to every level of management
- Ability to incorporate intuitive storytelling into business intelligence solutions and platforms while presenting complex technical information concisely
- Must not need immigration support or visa sponsorship now or in the future
