Sally Beauty Site Merchandiser
Manage Sally Beauty’s ecommerce product listings, categories, and promotions to support traffic, sales conversion, and customer experience. Use site analytics and cross-team coordination to guide improvements.

- Set up products and launch SKUs accurately and on schedule, maintaining naming, attributes, categories, keywords, SEO support, content, and copy.
- Work with Merchandising, Marketing, and Buying teams to improve category and brand landing pages.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc leadership reports using site analytics and category sales data.
- Review performance trends and recommend ways to improve business results.
- Coordinate with third-party ratings and reviews, returns, and customer experience vendors.
- Check website content, promotional pages, email links, product details, and site features to support quality assurance.
- Work with Customer Service to address customer experience issues and improve digital shopping.
- Contribute to special projects and carry out other duties assigned by leadership.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Merchandising, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1–3 years of ecommerce experience supporting a multichannel retail organization.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, site analytics, ratings and reviews solutions, and search optimization tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel, GA4, Tableau, or similar analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused approach and ability to collaborate across Merchandising, Marketing, IT, Product, and Customer Service.
- Experience analyzing digital performance metrics and turning findings into practical business recommendations.
