- Set regional commercial execution priorities and oversee business performance.
- Work with the Regional VP/GM to shape and deliver the region’s commercial strategy.
- Turn national initiatives into actionable regional plans.
- Plan commercial activity to meet revenue, volume, profitability, and market share goals.
- Find growth opportunities across channels, customers, and distributors.
- Deliver company priorities and annual operating plans across the region.
- Hold teams accountable for regional results.
- Track and improve sales growth, distribution, velocity, market share, promotion effectiveness, execution metrics, customer profitability, and budget performance.
- Use data to spot trends, risks, and opportunities, then put corrective actions in place.
- Raise execution standards across markets and maintain consistent retail practices.
- Strengthen display execution and promotional compliance.
- Review distributor execution and lead performance discussions.
- Set operating best practices and improve processes continuously.
- Work with distributor leaders and key regional customers to improve execution, expand distribution, address challenges, deliver promotions, increase retail visibility, and build partnerships.
- Coordinate regional activity with Sales, Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Business Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, and Category Management.
- Oversee the regional commercial budget, trade investment, regional marketing funds, operating expenses, staffing plans, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Guide investment choices to improve return on investment.
- Contribute to the Annual Operating Plan, Quarterly Business Reviews, market plans, forecasts, territory design, resource planning, and commercial capability building.
- Build future leaders, make decisions using data, foster strong performance, lead change, and refine commercial processes.

- Bring at least 10 years of progressive commercial leadership experience in CPG, beverage, food, or consumer goods.
- Have led sales across multiple units or regions.
- Have experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Bring experience managing distributors.
- Have experience building high-performing teams.
- Understand retail execution and field sales operations.
- Live in a major U.S. city with access to a major airport.
- Hold a valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Pass a motor vehicle record screening.
