Financial and Administrative Assistant (Contract) – Hybrid in São Bernardo do Campo
Reprotel Marketing Hoteleiro is seeking a financial and administrative assistant to handle payments, collections, invoicing, contracts, and related office support. This is a hybrid contract role based in São Bernardo do Campo.

- Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities
- Oversee payments, receipts, and commission records
- Use the Conta Azul and Asaas financial systems
- Prepare invoices and assist with billing operations
- Complete bank reconciliations and check financial postings
- Contact overdue customers through WhatsApp and email
- Review contract terms, cancellations, and suspensions
- Maintain spreadsheets and monitor expenses and credit card transactions
- File and organize financial records and information
- Handle administrative and secretarial duties when required
आवश्यकताएँ
- Prior experience in financial and administrative operations
- Working knowledge of accounts payable and receivable
- Experience preparing invoices and completing bank reconciliations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
- Residence in the ABC Region or Greater São Paulo
- Practical experience with Conta Azul and/or Asaas is a significant advantage
- Residence in the ABC Region is an additional advantage
