Customer Success and BI Analyst – Datacenter

- Set up and onboard new Datacenter clients, including access, integrations, visual identity, variables, goals, and initial presentation-ready reports
- Manage and expand the active client portfolio, focusing on accounts with low adoption or incomplete information
- Coordinate with Media and BI teams to keep operational records and required data accurate and current
- Translate information from control spreadsheets, including taxonomies and media plans, into formats suitable for Datacenter imports
- Own the intake and prioritization of tool requests, ideas, bugs, and improvements, implementing in-scope configuration and parameter changes directly
- Coordinate with the technical team on development-dependent issues and follow them through to resolution
- Partner with the Head of BI and Media to manage Datacenter projects, including backlog, priorities, roadmap, and deadlines
- Help deliver new Datacenter modules, features, and platform enhancements
- Find opportunities to automate and improve data and BI operational processes
आवश्यकताएँ
- Background in BI, data, digital media, or agency operations
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Working knowledge of paid media, particularly Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Familiarity with GA4 and GTM, including their underlying logic without requiring hands-on configuration
- Experience with a BI platform such as Looker Studio or Power BI is advantageous
- Organized, analytical, and highly execution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to request information and follow up on deadlines clearly and collaboratively
- Ability to investigate issues independently, develop solutions, and work hands-on
- Interest in and practical experience applying AI to automation, data analysis, and problem-solving
