Collections Account Representative – Houston Hybrid
Manage inbound and outbound customer calls for ARS National Services, assess affordability, explain available options, and arrange practical payment plans.

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Evaluate customers’ circumstances to determine affordable payment options
- Explain available solutions and set up manageable payment plans
- Record customer interactions accurately
- Comply with applicable consumer-protection regulations
- Complete four weeks of paid, full-time training in the office
- Work onsite Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM during the first seven weeks
- After ramp-up, split time evenly between remote and office work, including one remote evening shift each week
- Work from the office during the final four business days of each month for closeout
आवश्यकताएँ
- High school diploma or GED
- Communicate clearly and confidently with unfamiliar callers
- Be comfortable performing basic percentage calculations
- Maintain reliable high-speed internet for remote workdays
- Live in the greater Houston area
- Be able to commute to the West Houston office
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Keep your camera on for the full shift
