Atlassian Systems Analyst (Canada Remote)
Manage Jira, integrations, migrations, and SaaS platforms for IT services teams. The role covers configuration, troubleshooting, data validation, documentation, and responsible use of approved AI tools.

- Administer, configure, integrate, migrate, and optimize Jira and related SaaS platforms
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Interpret unclear requirements and assess related dependencies and risks
- Set up workflows, permissions, fields, automations, integrations, and user access
- Monitor and support effective system performance
- Map, cleanse, migrate, reconcile, and validate data across systems
- Investigate REST API and integration problems involving JSON and authentication
- Assist with testing activities and data validation
- Keep comprehensive technical and functional documentation up to date
- Apply approved AI tools to documentation, data analysis, test-case creation, troubleshooting, and workflow automation while validating results and complying with data-handling and governance requirements
आवश्यकताएँ
- Experience administering Atlassian Jira and SaaS applications
- Knowledge of Jira workflows, permissions, user access, custom fields, and automations
- Experience with SaaS integrations and license administration
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and integration troubleshooting
- Experience mapping, cleansing, migrating, reconciling, and validating data
- Advanced proficiency with Excel or Airtable and tabular data analysis
- SQL knowledge and basic scripting skills for data investigation and troubleshooting
- Strong requirements analysis and analytical problem-solving abilities
- Experience with system configuration, testing, and issue resolution
- Effective cross-functional communication and technical documentation skills
- Experience using AI-enabled tools for documentation, data analysis, testing, and workflow automation
- Understanding of data governance and how to validate AI-generated outputs
- Ability to identify dependencies, risks, and issues
- Comfort working with unclear requirements and shifting priorities
