Assistant General Manager, Cannabis Retail
Support Trulieve’s cannabis retail operations in Guadalupe, Arizona, by leading store teams and overseeing inventory, compliance, customer service, and performance goals.

- Assist the General Manager with leading and supervising store employees.
- Track and manage inventory.
- Meet performance targets and keep daily store operations running efficiently.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
- Work with the General Manager to develop and carry out plans that improve service standards and sales results.
- Keep visual merchandising aligned with brand standards.
- Review and communicate company procedures and state regulations, and ensure the team follows them.
- Work with the General Manager and other leaders to inform employees about procedure updates.
- Coach, train, and develop employees to strengthen service and accountability.
- Monitor and maintain store inventory.
- Address and resolve patient concerns and escalations while on duty.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with business partners.
- Help the General Manager manage the labor budget.
- Protect confidential information and follow compliance requirements.
- Complete other duties assigned by management.

- At least two years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous management experience, preferably in retail or customer service.
- Previous cash-handling experience.
- Ability to train, develop, and evaluate a team of more than 40 employees.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the professionalism to communicate with staff and management at all levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Conversational English proficiency.
- Ability to use electronic equipment such as computers, scanners, printers, and telecommunications devices.
- Ability to understand and follow safety procedures.
- Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions to inform policies and procedures.
- Ability to interact respectfully and politely with customers and team members.
- For delivery locations only: valid driver’s license and successful motor vehicle record check.
- Ability to pass Level 1 and Level 2 background checks.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to work independently and effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies.
- Ability to work with patrons of different ages and abilities, including people experiencing emotional distress or behaving in a hostile manner.
- Ability to move throughout the facility, including in tight spaces.
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or position objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to use stools, ladders, and steps, and to crouch, stoop, kneel, and crawl.
- Adequate vision and hearing, with or without aids.
- Availability to work 40–45 hours per week on a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
