Advance core abstractions, testing, CI/CD, observability, and cost efficiency
Drive engineering initiatives, align stakeholders, and coordinate dependencies
Strengthen integrations with external advertising platforms
Design privacy-conscious activation and identity workflows
Build ingestion pipelines for reach, frequency, and conversion measurement signals
Expand cleanroom orchestration and governance tools
Create reusable query templates and partner configurations
Improve data pipeline cost efficiency and performance
Lead Ads Taxonomy intake automation and release process improvements
Support platform modernization, developer tooling, on-call practices, and SLO strategy
Apply AI-assisted tools to design, coding, testing, and documentation
Convert ambiguous requirements into phased delivery with defined SLAs and SLOs
Promote security by design, data governance, and privacy compliance
Mentor engineers through L5 and establish code quality and review standards
Partner with Ads Manager, Measurement Science, Data Platform, Privacy and Legal, and external platforms

Talablar

At least 8 years of software engineering experience, typically 10 or more at this level
Experience delivering and operating large-scale backend and data systems
Track record leading cross-team projects and architectural decisions
Strong Python skills plus proficiency in Ruby or Go
Experience with REST or gRPC services and third-party API integrations
Experience with dbt, Airflow, Spark or Databricks, advanced SQL, and performance tuning
Experience with Snowflake and AWS
Experience with workflow orchestration and event-driven architectures
Experience with ad-tech, programmatic advertising, and measurement integrations
Experience with cleanrooms, identity matching, and deconfliction
Working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and privacy compliance practices
Experience with CI/CD, containers, testing, observability, incident readiness, and SLOs
Recent hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools
Experience defining reusable AI prompts or workflows and contributing to AI-enabled tools or automation
Ability to assess AI and deterministic approaches, including evaluation, guardrails, and security and privacy considerations
Strong technical writing, stakeholder management, consensus-building, and execution skills
