Respond to client questions, clarify requirements, and provide delivery updates.
Deliver work on time while meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
Cover general or evening shifts and adjust working hours to meet business needs.

Understand questionnaire structure, skip logic, and masking.
Have experience with Qualtrics, including designing and troubleshooting complex surveys.
Have exposure to off-the-shelf survey tools such as Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, and Surveyor.
Bring hands-on experience designing online surveys.
Use advanced Excel features, including PivotTables, Power Query, and automation.
Use PowerPoint.
Power BI experience with dashboards, DAX, and executive reporting is an advantage.
Tableau experience is an advantage.
SQL experience is an advantage.
Demonstrate strong writing and presentation skills.
Show close attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
Bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
