Opis

  • Design and deploy complex online surveys using Qualtrics and related platforms.
  • Configure advanced survey logic, including skip patterns, quotas, randomization, piping, multilingual options, and creative sections.
  • Oversee the full survey lifecycle, from requirements analysis and scripting through quality testing, soft launch, deployment, and closure.
  • Validate data accuracy and ensure compliance with internal standards and client governance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain standard procedures, quality checklists, and audit-ready documentation.
  • Investigate issues, identify root causes, and resolve defects within agreed turnaround times.
  • Analyze survey results to surface trends, risks, and actionable findings.
  • Create dashboards and reports in Excel or comparable tools.
  • Turn data into clear business narratives through executive reports, leadership presentations, and consulting-style insights.
  • Coordinate with project managers, researchers, consulting teams, and global clients.
  • Respond to client questions, clarify requirements, and provide delivery updates.
  • Deliver work on time while meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Cover general or evening shifts and adjust working hours to meet business needs.

Zahteve

  • Understand questionnaire structure, skip logic, and masking.
  • Have experience with Qualtrics, including designing and troubleshooting complex surveys.
  • Have exposure to off-the-shelf survey tools such as Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, and Surveyor.
  • Bring hands-on experience designing online surveys.
  • Use advanced Excel features, including PivotTables, Power Query, and automation.
  • Use PowerPoint.
  • Power BI experience with dashboards, DAX, and executive reporting is an advantage.
  • Tableau experience is an advantage.
  • SQL experience is an advantage.
  • Demonstrate strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Show close attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
  • Bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Manage stakeholders independently.
  • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
