Senior AI/ML Ops Engineer I - Bangalore, Hybrid

Tavsif

  • Build, maintain, and improve dependable AI/ML operations platforms and pipelines
  • Package and release AI/ML services to production through reproducible, interpretable processes
  • Create automated CI/CD pipelines that streamline model deployment
  • Provision and optimize model-training and serving infrastructure with Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless platforms
  • Monitor production models for performance, data drift, and latency
  • Automate model retraining and data-pipeline processes
  • Oversee foundation-model deployments, fine-tuning workflows, and RAG stacks involving vector databases and knowledge graphs
  • Improve GPU and CPU utilization to control cloud costs while preserving low-latency inference
  • Partner with data scientists, data engineers, and software engineers to move models from development into production
  • Maintain version control for data, code, and models with tools such as MLflow
  • Apply data-security controls, follow governance requirements, and safeguard sensitive information
  • Assess emerging data technologies and identify opportunities to advance infrastructure
  • Investigate and resolve complex data-related problems
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned

Talablar

  • Seven to twelve years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining dependable AI/ML operations platforms and pipelines
  • Experience delivering enterprise SaaS solutions that require high availability and scalability
  • Experience working with large structured and unstructured datasets from diverse sources
  • Experience building and operating scalable, reliable, efficient, and secure AI/ML operations platforms
  • Deep experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools for petabyte-scale data in the Databricks Lakehouse ecosystem
  • Experience with Databricks AI/ML operations workflows, MLflow, Mosaic AI Agent Framework, Unity Catalog, Vector Search, and Knowledge Graph
  • Knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph for integrating AI/ML operations pipelines
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • AWS-hosted data-platform experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, observability, monitoring, and alerting
  • Experience optimizing solution costs and applying design-to-cost principles
  • Ongoing legal eligibility to work in India
