Tavsif

  • Manage paid media execution across Meta, Google Search, PMax, Demand Gen, and Amazon
  • Build, launch, and oversee campaigns on a day-to-day basis
  • Coordinate campaign activity for product launches and promotional events
  • Partner with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager on strategy and channel planning
  • Manage, coach, and develop the Junior Growth Executive
  • Own channel reporting and provide senior stakeholders with actionable updates
  • Find and implement improvements across campaigns, audiences, bidding, and creative
  • Help allocate and pace budgets against ROAS targets
  • Design and conduct A/B tests for ad creative, copy, and landing pages
  • Interpret performance data and convert findings into practical actions
  • Lead paid media activity across the UK, US, EU, and other global markets
  • Work from the Lahore office Monday through Thursday, with optional remote work on Fridays
  • Work standard hours from 10am to 7pm PKT

Talablar

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta and Google, including Search, PMax, and Demand Gen
  • Demonstrated ability to build and optimise campaigns from start to finish
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience evaluating ROAS, CPA, CVR, AOV, and CAC and translating results into clear recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to coach a junior executive and keep senior stakeholders informed
  • Ability to manage performance across multiple markets and currencies
  • Amazon Advertising experience is preferred but not required
  • Experience with Power BI or a comparable reporting platform is a plus
  • Shopify and GA4 experience is desirable
  • Previous formal management or mentoring experience is desirable
  • Background in DTC, ecommerce or consumer technology brands, or a specialist DTC agency is desirable
  • Familiarity with A/B testing for creative assets or landing pages is desirable
