On-Site Field Service Engineer, Changzhou
Provide on-site service for Agilent analytical systems at biopharmaceutical customer sites in Changzhou. Support compliance, system validation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and integrated technical solutions.
Tavsif
- Serve as the primary on-site technical contact for strategic biopharmaceutical accounts.
- Maintain a responsive on-site presence to meet service-level agreements, reduce downtime, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Ensure technical work complies with global pharmaceutical regulations.
- Support computerized system validation (CSV), meet GAMP requirements, and protect data integrity across analytical platforms.
- Lead on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of Agilent hardware, software, operating systems, and network products.
- Diagnose complex system performance issues and proactively address equipment risks.
- Guide customers on preventive maintenance, system configuration, and operating practices.
- Deploy and configure integrated solutions that connect peripherals, communications, and application software.
- Travel approximately 50% of the time.
Talablar
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in analytical chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, biomedical engineering, electronics, or a comparable scientific or engineering field.
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications, industry certifications, or licenses are an advantage.
- Typically, at least two years of relevant experience in field service, laboratory equipment maintenance, or a high-throughput biopharmaceutical laboratory.
- Candidates with one to two years of highly relevant experience may also be considered.
- Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, including GLP and GMP.
- Knowledge of or practical experience with computerized system validation (CSV) and global data integrity standards is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair complex analytical hardware, including chromatography and mass spectrometry systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for related software, operating systems, and laboratory network configurations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to advise customers on value and manage relationships with key on-site stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-stakes resident role.
- Takes strong ownership of account success.
