Tavsif

  • Own calendar management for Executive Committee members, including appointment scheduling, meeting planning, priority conflicts, and scheduling issues.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel.
  • Process and manage Executive Committee expense reports.
  • Oversee executive subscriptions and productivity tools.
  • Work with the Executive Committee to advance business objectives, revenue priorities, and leadership commitments.
  • Coordinate logistics for Executive Committee meetings, revenue reviews, board engagements, and strategic leadership sessions.
  • Screen incoming requests and identify matters requiring Executive Committee attention.
  • Represent the company professionally when working with customers, partners, board members, and investors.
  • Assist with corporate and commercial project coordination.
  • Safeguard sensitive business information and facilitate communication across departments.
  • Support Kuala Lumpur office operations, executive visitors, logistics, and coordination with global offices.

Talablar

  • At least five years of experience supporting C-level or VP-level executives in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated work ethic, integrity, discretion, and flexibility.
  • Proven ability to manage highly confidential commercial and strategic information.
  • Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to provide light translation support when needed.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and effective at managing multiple priorities.
  • Skilled at balancing demanding workloads across several executive stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive working style.
  • Experience handling complex calendars and coordinating international travel and visas.
  • Strong interpersonal ability and a record of building cross-functional relationships that deliver results.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and modern productivity tools.
