ERP

Tavsif

  • Develop and execute global category strategies across a broad portfolio of direct materials.
  • Balance business needs, supply requirements and procurement objectives across cost, quality, availability, sustainability and supplier performance.
  • Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement initiatives, including spend analysis, category analysis, RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, contracting, implementation and performance reviews.
  • Build effective partnerships with suppliers and stakeholders in Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, R&D and other functions.
  • Convert business priorities into practical procurement solutions and supplier improvement plans.
  • Identify opportunities to improve P&L savings, working capital and cash flow.
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Reduce risks associated with capacity, continuity and supply chain constraints.
  • Improve supplier performance and commercial results through negotiations, contracts and plans covering quality, service, innovation and cost.
  • Maintain regulatory, sustainability and operational compliance.
  • Advance procurement practices and team capability through governance and continuous improvement.
  • Develop Procurement Specialists by delegating defined workstreams and selected projects.

Talablar

  • Three or more years of experience in procurement, category management, strategic sourcing or supply chain management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience managing complete sourcing and cross-functional initiatives from category analysis and RFQs or RFPs through negotiation, contracting and implementation.
  • Strong commercial and financial understanding, including total cost of ownership, cost drivers, price modeling and business case development.
  • Proven negotiation, supplier relationship, contract and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Analytical approach with proficient Excel skills.
  • Ability to turn spend, demand, market and supplier data into actionable decisions.
  • Proactive, hands-on working style with strong project management skills.
  • Capacity to manage shifting priorities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in Polish and English.
  • Relevant industry experience and familiarity with ERP or procurement tools are advantageous.
  • MCIPS, CIPS or an equivalent qualification is advantageous.
