- Maintain governance and compliance across HR activities
- Handle queries through the People Services incident management system within response time targets
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external colleagues and stakeholders
- Give clear guidance to resolve queries efficiently
- Help managers follow HR processes and apply good practice
- Maintain accurate records and meet service level agreements
- Work with People Partners, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and Communications and Engagement teams
- Provide other support as needed across the People & Culture team

- Experience with HR and payroll systems
- Experience in an HR and payroll setting
- Confident with Microsoft applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
