  • Manage employee lifecycle processes accurately and efficiently
  • Set up employee files and system profiles, and enter new starter details in HR and payroll systems
  • Maintain governance and compliance across HR activities
  • Handle queries through the People Services incident management system within response time targets
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external colleagues and stakeholders
  • Give clear guidance to resolve queries efficiently
  • Help managers follow HR processes and apply good practice
  • Maintain accurate records and meet service level agreements
  • Work with People Partners, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and Communications and Engagement teams
  • Provide other support as needed across the People & Culture team

Reikalavimai

  • Prior administrative experience
  • Experience with HR and payroll systems
  • Experience in an HR and payroll setting
  • Confident with Microsoft applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Well organised with close attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to manage competing priorities across multiple tasks
  • Able to handle confidential information, maintain accurate records, and work precisely
  • Sound knowledge of HR best practice, employment legislation, process compliance, and data protection
  • Knowledge of HR processes
  • Available to work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
