Tavsif

  • Manage daily billing activities across the operation
  • Verify billing data for completeness and accuracy, including rates, charges, and contract terms
  • Analyze billing records and reports to uncover discrepancies and identify process improvements
  • Perform routine validations to confirm billing accuracy and adherence to contractual requirements
  • Keep billing systems updated and maintain reliable records
  • Respond to standard billing questions from internal and external stakeholders, escalating complex issues when appropriate
  • Explain billing policies, procedures, and requirements to customers and internal teams
  • Investigate and resolve routine billing errors, discrepancies, and disputes
  • Work closely with finance, operations, and global key account managers
  • Contribute to initiatives that simplify billing workflows and reduce errors
  • Follow established billing standards and operational best practices
  • Produce recurring billing reports and performance metrics for management

Talablar

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable
  • Working knowledge of billing principles, procedures, and practices
  • Proficiency with billing platforms and related software
  • Strong analytical ability and practical problem-solving skills
  • Consistent attention to detail when entering and reviewing data
  • Clear communication and effective interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English and the local country language
